Besides an entirely new and innovative design, we are also focusing on user friendliness.
The consistently touchscreen-optimized instacount version 4 includes a variety of innovations and highlights, assisting you in implementing your reprocessing process every day in the most optimal way possible:
- intuitive application thanks to redesigned surfaces in DECON, the cleansing batches and at the packing station
- intelligent fast master data cleansing: merging incorrect/duplicate items, removing wrong characters in the items (e.g. tabs, spaces, etc.)
- meeting the MDR by unambiguously identifying individual products throughout the system (GTIN)
- new disinfection badge concept to fully document individual products on the dirty side
- documentation of all working steps on the dirty side by stored procedure instructions, in particular the documentation of manual working steps
- new safety standards by plausibility checks of the cleansing procedures at all levels: item, set, cleaning cart, machinery
The software upgrade is, of course, free of charge for our product support customers. As a complement, we offer our services in the fields of consulting, installation and follow-up training for an upgrade under the usually attractive service conditions.
